Pearl City+ Aiea

The MLS combines Pearl City and Aiea together as the "Pearl City Region". Each is it's own city with many of the higher end homes being in Aiea neighborhoods of Pearlridge, Royal Summit, and Newtown. There is a wide variety of homes and prices in the Pearl City region. The area features convenience, regional malls, large parks and green space, golf courses, many homes have beautiful views and are set on the gentle slopes and ridges above Pearl Harbor.

Waipahu

This is a vast area that covers Royal Kunia in the west bounded by Kunia Rd to Waipio Gentry on the east which abuts the west side of Pearl City. Lower Waipahu on the south bounded by west Pearl Harbor. There are a mix of newer planned communities and older neighborhoods both with single family, townhomes, and apartments. Most of Waipahu offers a shorter commute time than the areas further west or north.

Kaneohe Region

The cities of Kaneohe, Kaaawa, and Hauula are covered by the mls region called "Kaneohe Region". Kaneohe is more suburban and has much shorter commutes and modern conveniences. Hauula and Kaaawa are more rural and most homes are not on the county sewer system,but offer access to natural beauty of Hawaii that do not exist in most suburbs.

Kailua Region

The "Kailua Region" in the mls includes the cities of Kailua and Waimanalo.

Diamond Head Region

The Diamond Head Region runs from Kapahulu to Kuliouou and includes many neighborhoods with luxury homes such as Diamond Head, Kahala, Waialae Iki, and Hawaii Loa Ridge, among others. This is probably the area with the highest concentration of luxury homes on the island of Oahu.
